This PR updates the eslint/id-length rule’s configuration parsing to use the shared DefaultRuleConfig serde-based deserialization flow, instead of manually extracting fields from serde_json::Value.

Changes:

Switch IdLength::from_configuration to serde_json::from_value::<DefaultRuleConfig<Self>> for consistent ESLint-style options parsing.
Derive Deserialize for the rule/config types and add deny_unknown_fields on IdLengthConfig.
Add a custom serde deserializer to compile exceptionPatterns strings into Regex values during config deserialization.
