This PR adds auto-fixing capability to the unicorn/no-useless-collection-argument linter rule, which detects unnecessary empty arrays, strings, null, undefined, or fallback values when constructing Set, Map, WeakSet, or WeakMap instances.
- Implements two fixer functions to handle different scenarios: removing entire arguments and removing fallback expressions from nullish coalescing operators
- Updates the rule category from "pending" to "suggestion" to enable auto-fixing
- Adds comprehensive test cases covering all fix scenarios including edge cases with nested parentheses
