Description

Problem*

Resolves #8175
Fixes #8024

Summary*

Handles the case in euclidean_division_var where the rhs is 2**128, which results in rhs.to_u128() equal to zero, as it is represented by [0u64, 1u64, 0u64, 0u64], and Field::to_u128 simply takes the bits of the 2 rightmost u64 values, which are all 0.

Additional Context

This situation arises when we try to truncate a field to 128 bits, which is done by dividing by 2**128 and returning the remainder. This is only done for constants, which is why it came out in fuzzing, but probably not in normal programs.
