Dol Amroth

...a city in the mountains in the north of the world map. It was once a great independant city that was taken over by a hypno. The city is now under control of his soliders while he lives in the castle. The city is now geared towards the selling and buying of slaves and the appropiate equipment, expensive houses are now slave markets and brothels. The buildings in the castle courtyard exist now for the hypno's amusement, he keeps hypnotised slaves catering to his various fetishes in them.
