Pull Request Description
The recipe warning dialog was closing when accidentally clicking outside of it to dismiss extension enabled toasts which leads to a bad experience when the recipe closes and the related window.
Turned off outside click to close so the user needs to intentionally choose whether they want to proceed or not.
