Copy hold. Visitor-facing page (flag on, /experimental/principles). Voice is corporate/jargon vs the human reading-list pattern, and the LinkedIn hire CTA is missing. Concrete replacements inline. Same draft/freeze/Johan+Vera bounce as other Jules; hire stays LinkedIn.

Lede + page chrome. "Guiding tenets behind technical leadership" reads like brochure copy, and "technical leadership" edges title-inflation without adding proof. Match reading-list.astro:
