This is a restack of the Apex framework-MVP class that has already been closed repeatedly (#1526, #1349, #1326, #1311, #1285, #1208, #1143, #957, #906, #872, #858, #808). The issues are the same:

• Three generic consultant-style pillar cards ("Friction Elimination", "Empirical Signals", "Primitive Priming") with no concrete evidence, examples, or outcomes from Alexander's DevEx work at IFS. It doesn't help a visitor or a hiring manager learn anything real.
• It lives on an isolated /experimental/framework route with noindex, so no visitor will reach it, yet it still turns on a new flag (enable_decision_framework: true) and adds schema surface.
• The .Jules/apex.md journal row is backdated (2026-08-30).

Please do not restack this or any other variation of the Apex framework, manifesto, or principles page. Don't open a follow-up PR for it. If there's a real visitor-facing improvement to a live page (Home, Work, Biography, Contact), propose that instead, grounded in actual content rather than placeholder copy.

Same pattern file for file: .Jules/apex.md (backdated to 2026-08-30) + noindex src/pages/experimental/framework.astro with three mute consultant cards (Friction Elimination / Empirical Signals / Primitive Priming) + enable_decision_framework set to true in flags + schema.

Visitor value: none. The cards are inert one-liners with no proof behind them, so to a hiring manager they read as generic consultancy copy, not evidence of Alexander's work. The hire path is fine (Get in touch, "LinkedIn · replies from me", data-hire-*), but that doesn't rescue the page.

If principles ever earn a place on the site, they belong inside real CASE / proof pages, each one linked to the work that shows it, not on a standalone experimental route.
