Copy-only review. Same brochure as the other stack PRs. high-velocity developer platforms is empty. Categories are taxonomy. Do not invent Copilot as published proof.

Apex signal analysis identified a trend toward transparent personal developer tooling breakdowns. Implemented a hyper-focused DevEx tooling stack matrix at src/pages/experimental/stack.astro behind the enable_devex_stack feature flag. Net total delta < 50 lines, zero dependencies, zero global modifications. All verification guardrails (format, lint, test, astro check, build, frontend screenshot) passed autonomously.
