Shipped a hyper-focused, barebone Strategic Focus Areas MVP under an isolated experimental route (/experimental/focus.astro) gated behind the static enable_focus_areas feature flag. All guardrails passed including strict Zod schema validation, Vitest tests, Astro type checking, and production build verification. Line delta is kept strictly under 50 lines.
