Implemented the "Execution Mindset" MVP experimental route (src/pages/experimental/mindset.astro) gated behind the enable_execution_mindset static feature flag. Built with existing UI primitives, Zod schema flag validation, and minimal code. Fully verified via formatting, linting, tests, type checks, and static site build.
