Same Pill tactile farm as closed-unmerged #1157 / #1150 / #1141 / #993 / #981 / #959 / #953 / #899 / #750 (and glow sibling #1115). Inert div.pill.tactile gets :active scale(0.96) behind existing portfolio_tactile_v1: true (flag already on for real portfolio cards).

Pill.astrois still a bare<div>with a slot — case-study tags on/work/[slug], not controls. Live classes:pill tactile×3 (Design System / Product Experience / Scaling).- Piggybacks
portfolio_tactile_v1(already used by clickablePortfolioPreviewcards) onto inert labels → every visitor-facing tag compresses on press, then nothing happens. - Swapping hover lift for
:activescale does not fix the job: press theater on inert chrome. Freeze check: no hire/proof outcome gets clearer.
