Summary
Extract terminal Cmd-click UI-test orchestration, typing diagnostics instrumentation, and configured-group workspace observation from
AppDelegate.These are runtime helpers with explicit seams: Cmd-click keeps its environment and timing contract, typing monitors retain their public APIs, and group observation keeps its install/finish/dispose lifecycle. AppDelegate remains the owner of app-specific dependencies.
