The changed files card and tree computed their diff summary, tree nodes and directory key in useMemo and wrapped the directory toggle in useCallback, which kept the file out of the React Compiler strict bar.

The summary and toggle are now plain code the compiler caches. Tree building moves into a small "use memo" hook, since the compiler would otherwise rebuild the tree every render because the expansion state hook runs after it. The file joins REACT_COMPILED_FILES. No behaviour change.
