These #[cfg(all(feature = "oxlint2", not(feature = "disable_oxlint2")))] attributes are getting out of hand! I guess at least it's a temporary measure. Before too long oxlint2 will become the new oxlint.

We may have to keep them (or a version of them), if we want to allow oxlint to be ran as a pure binary (no node), but that's a decision for a later date.
