Description

Repointed two stale repository references that still pointed at the legacy src/dataviewer/ path to the canonical data-management/viewer/ location. The src/dataviewer/ tree was never tracked in git — only local developer artifacts (.venv/, coverage HTML, etc.) live there — so this PR is a pure reference fix rather than a tree deletion.

The original scope of #503 was to remove the duplicate tree. Investigation showed there was nothing in version control to remove; only the two outstanding references in CODEOWNERS and the DAST ZAP scan workflow still pointed at the old path.
