docs: add a guide to customizing cmux's look

Adds docs/customizing-appearance.md, a guide for theming cmux. It covers where each setting lives, which Ghostty keys cmux overrides, and how to set themes, transparency/blur, background images, padding, fonts, cursor, custom shaders, panes, the sidebar, workspace and notification colors, app chrome, prompts, and kitty graphics. It ends with a complete Ghostty config and cmux.json example. The guide is linked from README.md and docs/configuration.md.

It also fixes docs/configuration.md, which said split-divider-color only affects Ghostty's internal splits. When paneBorderColor is unset, Workspace.resolvedPaneBorderHex falls back to split-divider-color, and the docs now say so.

• cmux-only Ghostty keys: the GhosttyConfig.swift parser, plus the clamp ranges in CmuxGhosttyConfigSettingEditor.
• Ghostty keys and values: checked against src/config/Config.zig at the pinned submodule commit 0068ece7. That covers background image, blur, shader uniforms, cursor, and fonts.
• cmux.json keys: checked against web/data/cmux.schema.json. The example validates against the schema with jsonschema 4.26 (Draft 2020-12): 0 errors, and a deliberately wrong key fails as a negative control.

The known transparency gaps link the open issues (#1674, #2581) rather than restating them as fact. The code now passes the blur radius to the compositor, and #1674 is waiting on a retest.

Not done: there's no page on the cmux.com docs site. Those pages are hand-written TSX with strings in 20 locales, so adding one is a separate change. The localized READMEs weren't updated; only the English README gets the new link. scripts/verify-local.py passed. It's a docs-only change, so no app build was run.
