[5.3] Add missing help link for Articles-Module

Joomla 5.2 introduced the Articles - Module. Under "Help" -> "Start Here" -> "Joomla! Help"

the link to the help page for the module is missing.

Rebased to 5.3-dev. Now the PR shows more changed files, but that will be fixed after the next upmerge in 5.3-dev and then update of this PR to the base branch.
