docs: contributor credits + full v0.23.2 PR coverage in CHANGELOG - #396

…GELOG Post-GA attribution audit (owner-requested): the v0.23.2 CHANGELOG section covered only #370/#371/#373/#374 — missing the SECURITY fix arc (#365→#366, #383/#384/#391), @Tosko4's read-only-clones fix (#364), release identity (#385→#388), and the release/benchmark-integrity work (#352 #358 #368 #373 #381 #382 #390). Added, with a Contributors line crediting the external code contribution and the review signal. Also mirrored the v0.23.0 notes' upstream-carried contributor credits (@stephenschoettler @Tosko4 @masidigital @davidrobertson @TurgutKural) into that CHANGELOG section. The tagged notes files are untouched (tag/tree byte-identity preserved); the v0.23.2 GitHub release BODY gets the Contributors section separately (editable metadata).

…364 characterization, issue→PR notation F1: #352 is the V1-M benchmark provider-accounting PR (already covered under #368's boundary rows); the exact-head governance pair is #349 + #358. F2: #364's clones are Hermes per-agent host clones — the failure mode was a silent fallback to the built-in lossy compressor under a concurrent WAL writer (#363); the credit line now states that accurately. F3: consistent issue→PR notation (#383→#384, #389→#391).

Owner-requested post-GA attribution audit findings + fix.
Audit result: v0.22.0/v0.23.0/v0.23.1 notes are accurate, PR-mapped, and credit contributors (v0.23.0 names all upstream-carried authors with PR numbers; v0.23.1's window was internal-only). v0.23.2 had gaps: its CHANGELOG section listed only 4 of the window's 14 merged PRs — omitting the #365 SECURITY fix arc and @Tosko4's #364 — and neither the notes nor the release body credited contributors.
This PR: completes the v0.23.2 CHANGELOG section (security arc #365→#366 + #383/#384/#391, #364 credited to @Tosko4, #385→#388 identity, integrity work #352 #358 #368 #373 #381 #382 #390, contributors line) and mirrors v0.23.0's upstream credits into its CHANGELOG section. Docs-only; tagged notes files untouched (byte-identity with tags preserved — the class #393 fixed). The v0.23.2 GitHub release body is updated separately via
gh release edit(editable metadata, isImmutable=false).release-workflow tests: 8 passed.
