Resolves #84445 and #84438.
Summary
The test was failing due to improper sorting. After upgrading Kibana from Node 10 to Node 12, the comparison order can potentially change (reference).
The test suite was relying on an implementation detail of Node 10 sorting; I changed the comparator to behave according to spec.
