The UI on Monitor Details -> Summary page is disturbed a bit. i.e. when screenshots start loading, thumbnails momentarily switch between the larger image and the smaller thumbnail. Same holds true for the step details page but it's prominent on the summary page.

- Code LGTM.
- Functionality works as expected.
- As we populate other panels with content and have an idea of the suitable widths, the flickering on the step screenshot panel could be addressed then.
