Problem
Type parameters
TContext,TTransactionMessageandTSingleare missing on some types / helpers. Failed and canceled single plan results purposefully don't have context but they will soon.Summary of Changes
Update the
TransactionPlanResulttypes and helpers so they consistently use the appropriate type parameters.Relates to #1273
