Summary

• Rewrites docs/mcp.md so engineering SoT matches ADR 0001: Cloudflare Workers = production; Render = Jules test env only.
• Points at mcp_config.json.example as the server map (astro-docs, render, context7). Explicitly does not add new mcpServers.
• Puts editor paste-recipes under collapsed details; leads with an exec summary table agents can skim.

Why

Old docs/mcp.md led with Render setup and read like Render was the default ops path. That drifts from ADR 0001, AGENTS.md, and the wiki engineering map.

Out of scope

• No visitor copy, no Dual-HOLD restack (docs: start a task from the live GitHub issue (#865) #866 / Agents start a change from the live GitHub issue and AGENTS.md constraints, not a repo dump #865), no GitHub Pages, no CLAUDE.md, no new MCP servers, no Nick queue / Dan work.
• Leaves already-open docs drafts alone (docs: README matches the live chat-first site #880 README, docs: agent-facing identity corpus in context/ #885 identity, docs: Elevated taste skill so agent UI still looks like this site (#897) #898 elevated taste, docs: add docs/ README index #911 docs index, docs: CHANGELOG points to GitHub Releases as canonical #920 CHANGELOG, docs: persona-alignment points at /biography/, not about.astro #924 persona→biography).
