Summary

• .clinerules still told agents to watch the Cloudflare Pages dashboard after merge, pointed wrangler main at the old Pages-style entry, and named a dead src/pages/[...invalid].astro catch-all.
• Aligns the agent rules file with live Workers prod: custom src/cloudflare-worker.ts entry, 404.astro + run_worker_first, Astro 7, Render = Jules test only (ADR 0001).

Why

Highest-value docs honesty gap not already covered by open drafts (README #880/#1018, AGENTS Astro 7 #996, Copilot Workers #1083, persona #1169, CHANGELOG #1173). Agents reading .clinerules were still steered at Pages.

Scope

• One file. Docs-only. Stay DRAFT.
• No visitor pages, no #800, no Dual-HOLD restack (docs: start a task from the live GitHub issue (#865) #866 / Agents start a change from the live GitHub issue and AGENTS.md constraints, not a repo dump #865), no GitHub Pages, no mcpServers / CLAUDE.md.
• Does not reopen docs: add docs/ README index #911 docs index or docs: mcp.md matches ADR 0001 (Cloudflare prod, Render Jules) #926 mcp.md.

Test plan

• Diff only touches .clinerules
• No Pages-dashboard deploy step
• main / 404 / Astro 7 / ADR 0001 lines match live repo
