Summary
CHANGELOG.mdstill looked like a living log (last entry April 2026, "No documented changes") while AGENTS.md, the wiki map, and CI already treat GitHub Releases as the canonical changelog.This replaces the stale body with a short pointer:
/whats-new/= visitor rewrite on prodOne file. Docs-only. No visitor UI. Stay DRAFT.
