refactor: make EquivalencyExpectationBuilder public

This PR makes the EquivalencyExpectationBuilder class public to enable extensibility of the aweXpect equivalency system. The refactor changes the visibility modifier from internal to public and adds proper XML documentation.

• Changed EquivalencyExpectationBuilder from internal to public access modifier
