feat: sync API config selector style with mode selector from PR #6140

Description

This PR updates the API configuration selector dropdown to match the exact style and layout from PR #6140's mode selector changes.

Changes Made

• Created new ApiConfigSelector component to replace the generic SelectDropdown
• Added search functionality at the top with fuzzy search using Fzf library
• Moved the settings/edit button to the bottom left of the dropdown
• Added title "API Configuration" and info icon on the bottom right
• Removed the header section to match the ModeSelector pattern
• Ensured equal spacing on both sides of the bottom bar
• Fixed the edit button to navigate to settings tab

Visual Changes

The API configuration selector now follows the exact same layout as the updated ModeSelector:

• Search bar at the top
• Scrollable list of configurations with pin/unpin functionality
• Bottom bar with settings button on left and title/info on right

Technical Details

• Uses existing common translations for search placeholder and "no results" message
• Maintains all existing functionality (pinning, selection, etc.)
• Fixed TypeScript errors and removed unused imports
• All linting and type checks pass

Testing

• Verified search functionality works with fuzzy matching
• Confirmed pin/unpin functionality remains intact
• Tested edit button navigates to settings tab
• Ensured visual consistency with ModeSelector

Fixes the styling inconsistency between the two dropdown menus in the chat interface.
