…paths (501 contracts) (#1850) \$CONTRACT_REPO_DIR is unset in the evidence_collector — expanding it produces an absolute /drift/... or /contracts/... path that never resolves, silently failing every DoD check. The evidence_collector already sets cwd=\$OMNI_HOME/onex_change_control via _infer_occ_cwd, so relative paths resolve correctly. Fix: strip '"\$CONTRACT_REPO_DIR/' prefix from all 501 affected contracts. Paths fixed: drift/dod_receipts/..., contracts/..., evidence/..., src/... Sanity-verified OMN-11428 (3/3 verified) and OMN-12403 path fix (receipts on dev, cwd resolves correctly). yamlfmt + full pre-commit suite pass. OMN-12418

… fix (#1853) * evidence(OMN-12420): dod receipts for node_dod_verify envelope-unwrap fix Binds the omnimarket node_dod_verify dispatch fix to central OCC evidence. dod-001: regression test proves the wrapped envelope run-node publishes is unwrapped by the runtime dispatch callback, validated against ModelDodVerifyStartCommand with no ValidationError, returning a ModelDispatchResult carrying the terminal ModelDodVerifyState. dod-002: the node CLI writes a guard-valid ModelDodReceipt dod_report.json to $ONEX_EVIDENCE_ROOT/OMN-12420/ (run_timestamp + status=PASS). dod-deploy-assessment: honest deploy assessment — touches a runtime path and requires a stability-test runtime redeploy to take effect on the deployed 0.4.2 container; redeploy is the documented follow-up (live deploy, user-gated). Receipt-gate validator passes locally: 3 checks across 1 ticket all PASS. * evidence(OMN-12420): bind receipts to PRs (occ-self + pr_number 988) Adds dod-occ-self receipt bound to OCC PR #1853 and sets pr_number: 988 on the omnimarket-bound receipts so the OCC eligibility check (pr_ticket_mismatch) is satisfied — at least one PASS receipt now binds to OCC PR #1853. * evidence(OMN-12420): add contract_sha256 to receipts (OMN-10421) Receipts produced after 2026-04-30 must record the contract hash. Adds contract_sha256 to all four OMN-12420 receipts to satisfy the receipt-gate contract-hash binding check. * evidence(OMN-12420): repair dod-002 yaml (check_value split by formatter) The contract_sha256 insertion had landed inside the wrapped check_value string, producing invalid YAML. Rewritten cleanly; all four receipts parse with status=PASS and contract_sha256 present.

…accepts them (#1871) The auto-generated OMN-12424 receipts (merged via #1867) lacked the contract_sha256 field, which is mandatory for PRs opened after 2026-04-30 (OMN-10421). Without it the receipt-gate auto-downgrades PASS -> ADVISORY -> non-PASS and blocks omnibase_infra PR #1788. Regenerated all four OMN-12424 receipts with the matching contract_sha256 (sha256:9444...fd21) and re-verified each check_value (all PASS). Confirmed locally: validator_receipt_gate_cli reports 'RECEIPT GATE PASSED: 4 check(s) ... all have PASS receipts.'
