Closes the merged-but-never-detected gap for PR #134 (17f364c, Promptly 320px h1 overflow): the live gate proved PRs #18/#19/#20/#22/#23/#26/#29/#34/#35/#68/#74 live but never #134. Adds section L to check-public-live-deploy.mjs: fetch /styles.css, assert overflow-wrap anywhere/break-word inside the top-level h1 block (mirrors section G). Wired into every Pages upload acceptance via publish-public-site.mjs defaultAcceptanceCmd. Single file, no CSS changes. Packet: sol-sweep fix product-live/tinystudio-promptly-320px-heading-overflow-recur.
