Windows filesystem separators made the query audit report existing API routes as missing and left the server-render graph with no route roots. Two structural guards also compared native paths with slash paths. Normalize repository identities at those boundaries and identify route entries by filename, preserving the existing assertions, source filters and timeout budgets.
The metadata-title guard also reuses the identical native file enumeration already reviewed in #449, replacing Unix shell
findand adding its nonempty-scan assertion. Five files, tooling/tests only; no application, schema or sidebar changes.Validation: all 9,544 tests across 1,002 suites pass on Windows with zero failures; all 30 affected tests pass; typecheck and changed-file lint pass; the CLI query audit resolves 484 tables, 77 functions and 133 API routes. Independent review confirmed the guards are preserved. Linux CI will validate the PR merge result separately.
