• January Open Meeting Agenda

Notes

• Discussion of the Terms of Reference and Code of Conduct was pushed back until the next meeting in January, and there were no updates on interest groups. TAG is working on a self-definition document that it will share with the LG and the ICC.

• We discussed the upcoming January Open Meeting (Jan. 25, 2022), and have put a sprint update and a migration panel on the schedule, with details to come. In the new year we will also try to determine if there is demand to hold Open Meetings at times that work better beyond North America. There was also discussion of how to better communicate information about the Open Meetings and share recorded content (probably on GitHub).

• There was some discussion of how to improve document management strategies more generally for the ICC.

• Kirsta will be sending out an end of the year Islandora message with information on the sprint, the status of the new Islandora website, and other news and upcoming events.
