this

  • gets rid of bundling zapi as a dep (had to work around musl builds before)
  • updates zapi usage to be compatible with v3.x

indirectly related to and closes #499

I used this pattern to actually cover exact use case. This will help to avoid creating new zig module just to hide an interface from JS runtime. See if that looks reasonable to you.
