Remove legacy compiler error handling

• Closes 🐛 BUG: Compiler error links invalid due to issue forms compiler#328
• Related to Improve error recovery compiler#705
• Related to Add /issues/compiler redirect astro.build#506
• The compiler has been improved to the point where unexpected Wasm stacktraces are quite rare, but there are some instances where they happen.
• The compiler has been updated to handle errors much more gracefully, meaning we can remove our special handling of compiler errors.

Actually, we might want to hang on to this, but the error is pretty inscrutable at the moment. Going to refactor this to use the new error overlay info.

This issue still repros and throws the error withastro/compiler#553
