Intent

Record the TURBO-5797 Cargo package and aggregate knowledge audit and narrow the remaining Rust migration work to verified compatibility gaps.

Base: main.

Findings

Cargo crate identities, definition paths, directories, package kinds, aggregate scope, workspace root, and toolchain provenance already come from immutable RepositoryKnowledge.
The Cargo workspace is an aggregate execution scope, separate from the graph sentinel and root task namespace.
Remaining empty Cargo PackageJson descriptors are JavaScript-shaped compatibility payloads required by graph assembly, not package or path authority.
Remaining behavioral Toolchain work belongs to the relationship, resolution, task, contract, watch, prune, and final removal phases.

Changes

Correct stale architecture references to deleted task and command callbacks.
Document native task catalogs and external-resolution generations as the current authority.
Clarify Cargo aggregate and compatibility descriptor terminology in repository docs and inline comments.
