Please be aware that we have changed the supported and underlying image used for the Cosmos DB module. The latest tag only supports certain environments and provides a limited set of features. Microsoft has introduced a new implementation, vnext-preview, which receives more updates and features. Due to the limitations of the latest tag, we decided to replace it with vnext-preview.
