Refactors oxc_allocator’s bumpalo_alloc.rs to eliminate Clippy’s redundant_closure_for_method_calls warnings by switching from closure-based map calls to direct method references, allowing removal of the corresponding #![expect].

Changes:

• Remove clippy::redundant_closure_for_method_calls from the file-level #![expect(...)].
• Replace map(|p| p.cast()) with map(NonNull::cast) in allocator helper methods.
