Updates the React exhaustive-deps linter rule to treat TypeScript type-only typeof queries as non-dependency references, preventing false positives.
Changes:
- Adds
TSTypeQueryhandling to the AST visitor and explicitly no-ops it. - Extends the rule’s test suite with a passing case using
keyof typeof stateinside an effect.
