This PR optimizes the constructor-super linter rule by eliminating an expensive linear search through all AST nodes. Previously, the code iterated through all nodes to find the constructor function's node ID. The optimization leverages the direct node_id() method available on the Function type, which was already accessible via constructor.value.node_id().
Changes:

ctx.nodes().iter().find()loop with directconstructor.value.node_id()call - Removed 8 lines of code (including the TODO comment) and replaced with a single line
