feat(cli): Show multiple SSA passes

Problem*

Resolves something I found lacking in testing SSA passes.

Summary*

Changes the nargo CLI to accept multiple --show-ssa-pass options and show SSA passes that match any of the expressions.

Additional Context

This is useful in showing before/after state of the SSA, by specifying the name of consecutive passes.
