Instead of removing these, we might just be able to fix the keys. Digging deeper, I noticed that each item in the matrix used the same key, which definitely would not work. |

There seems to be some sort of conflict with this caching and cargo-cross downloading a new image. We should remove it for now so we can get PRs through but figure out a better caching strategy (perhaps as part of #2265?)
