This adds @resetreboot's Hercules-DJControl-Inpulse-500 mapping from https://github.com/resetreboot/mixxx/tree/hercules-inpulse-500-mapping to 2.5 . The PR for main is #14316
I will create a PR for the manual 2.5 once @resetreboot has merged some final fixes resetreboot/manual#3 to mixxxdj/manual#725
