The legacy sidebar's remote metadata cluster was positioned through an
inline line box. Adding the cloud icon changed the flex container's
synthesized baseline, so cloud rows placed the cloud and timestamp above
the otherwise-correct worktree icon alignment at scaled sidebar
sizes.\n\nThis makes the outer metadata wrapper a flex container only
when the remote cloud is present. That removes the baseline-dependent
inline formatting context without adding a pixel translation, changing
icon sizes, or touching rows without clouds.\n\nVerification:\n- Live

inline line box. Adding the cloud icon changed the flex container's
synthesized baseline, so cloud rows placed the cloud and timestamp above
the otherwise-correct worktree icon alignment at scaled sidebar

The legacy sidebar's remote metadata cluster was positioned through an inline line box. Adding the cloud icon changed the flex container's synthesized baseline, so cloud rows placed the cloud and timestamp above the otherwise-correct worktree icon alignment at scaled sidebar sizes.
This makes the outer metadata wrapper a flex container only when the remote cloud is present. That removes the baseline-dependent inline formatting context without adding a pixel translation, changing icon sizes, or touching rows without clouds.
