The legacy sidebar only had stock density, so LastCode users who keep the project/thread tree visible but wanted it to take less vertical real estate had to reapply a console CSS patch after every update.
This adds a persistent 50–100% LastCode setting with a labeled 75% reference tick. Scaling is limited to project headers and thread lists: the LastCode artwork, Search field, Projects heading, drafts, notices, footer, and sortable containers remain unscaled. The implementation uses layout-aware CSS zoom inside the existing client-settings persistence path, so Electron's global View zoom remains independent and composable.

Implemented with GPT-5.6 Sol through the Codex harness.
