The compact legacy-sidebar scale still shrank the remote cloud indicator footprint and relative timestamps, unlike the original console patch.
Generalize the reciprocal scale marker from icons to selected content, apply it to the cloud tooltip trigger and timestamp, and retain the existing nested-SVG reset so icons are not compensated twice. Project/thread geometry and title typography remain compact.
