Converts the administrator latest added articles module to service provider.

1. Make sure you have administrator module mod_latest published
2. You should see module output in administrator area

Final test before merging with: JBT and mod_latest installed by default as 'Recently Added Articles'

Before applying the PR:

• 0, 1 and 5 latest of 6 articles are listed correctly

Applying the PR with graft Joomla_5.4.0-alpha4-dev+pr.45762-Development-Full_Package.zip:

• ✅ 0, 1 and 5 latest of 6 articles are listed correctly

Note: The 'Stage' column, shown in the screenshot, was not displayed before and after the PR was applied. I assume that it comes from an override that is not existing in the default installation.
