Fixes: #1525
The current Goosehints modal hides the bottom buttons when the modal is very small.
Fixing this by having a minimum height on the modal instead of a fixed one, and reducing the minimum size of the textbox.
Tested this by shrinking the window down to very small and increasing the font-size.
