Previously, the `DbtSeedKubernetesOperator` had a misleading `profile_config` argument that used a `ProfileMapping` class, which was not being used. Cosmos 1.11 does not support `ProfileMapping` during the execution of tasks created with `ExecutionMode.KUBERNETES`.
