At least I would: 1. add deprecation notice 2. remove internal maven cache from the repo

What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Currently only integration check uses the
ozone-builderDocker image. The image is getting outdated and takes some effort to periodically update. With this change, integration will be built without the Docker image, but using Maven cache, just like unit.Plus add missing cache cleanup for coverage check.
