Processing Outdoor Sports Permit Application forms

1. Open PPRstat from your Desktop
2. Open the OSP file you are pulling information from, from the Backlog
3. Once you have reached the screen above you will have to select a type of entry. Since we are working with OSP we will select Manage Permits. Once you select Manage Permits you will be prompted with the question of whether the permit is for outside. Click Yes

You will then be promoted to a screen resembling the OSP form. For OSP forms the minimum requirement for entry requires

• Name and/or Organization Name
• Site Requested
• Age Group
• Activity Type
• Group Size
• Application DATE
• Days
• Amenities
• Staff Approved Signature
• Initials from applicant on the Rules and Regulations page

If any parts above are missing from the application it will be marked at “rejected” at the top of the page. Refer to the Paperwork Intake Process Work Instruction (link) document for how to properly file rejected paperwork. Enter the information as it is on the sheet.
