docs: add landing page to astro documentation #887

This PR adds a landing page to our documentation (it's in draft right now)

What:

Learning how starlight manages graphics and images. This landing page isn't fully customized, yet but has the basic elements needed for the landing page. It uses mdx to support customization as needed.

Ok - this adds the basic page to the documentation, updates docs around it and adds markdown lint back to the build as a dev dependency. Because this is so many files, I suggest a review / merge and then I can do another round of work to revise the styles, add a top nav and make sure it works in light / dark mode.
