docs: style landing page #901

This PR styles the landing page and sets up tailwind to be used throughout if we want to.

Addresses #886 (but doesn't yet close it completely)

What:
✅ Setup tailwind so it's available throughout
✅ Vendor google fonts to avoid tracking and also make loading a bit faster / lower bandwidth
✅ Added styles, backgrounds, swoosh, and logos to the index.mdx page

The hero at the top is a bit annoying, and I don't like how it looks. So we may want to come back to that. There is some visual competition between the top logo (which was modified in a commit that is on main!!), the hero, and then the "Swoosh" block where it has the install button.

Why:
We need a solid landing page for our docs!

Ok cleaned up. Ready for review!! I think we have one more round of modifications after this, where I'll simplify the CSS and clean up just a bit more. But this is now a working home page.

I just realized that if we are OK with the swoosh moving one section down on the landing page, I could then use the built-in hero as is, do a lot less customization, and keep things simpler. That might be the right call here just from a maintenance standpoint!!

I don't think we should worry to much about the design changing. The important thing is that the site works and is maintainable.

I don't think we should worry to much about the design changing. The important thing is that the site works and is maintainable.

Ok, that sounds good. I think we could merge this as is, but in the future, I might remove the swoosh and just use the default hero, as it's really lovely - you just can't easily style the background like I did here. It will keep things simple.

Ok @JimMadge, I think I responded to all of your suggestions and comments. Something is happening when I rebase off docs-upgrade, where I might lose some of your comments. I will in the future avoid rebasing until I'm ready to merge or before a review begins.
